Dog Training/Behavior Consults with Dog Pro Annie Phenix
One-Hour Initial Dog Training or Behavior Consult
(1hr / $150)
Have you ever wanted to talk to a canine professional about your dog – just to get an expert’s experience and feedback about your unique dog?
Schedule a one-hour virtual (or in-home in Utah) consult with Pro Dog Trainer Annie Phenix. Annie can often pin point the causes of behavior and offer suggested solutions within the first hour. This is not a detailed roadmap – those are offered in our training and behavior packages (see below). Discussion is recorded over Zoom and sent to the owner for future reference. Includes educational hand outs, videos and articles.
Consults are paid in advance and are not refundable. In-home consults available for Heber City and Midway dog owners. Annie works all behavior concerns and with obedience training.

Obedience Training
(2 hrs / $300)
Annie has put numerous obedience titles on her own dogs as well as client dogs. She served as a AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator for a decade. She works with all kinds of obedience training and she trains through motivation and force free methods. Comes with 2 in-home or virtual training sessions and follow up educational materials.

Bringing Home a New Dog Consult
(2 hours / $350)
What happens in the first 30 days with your new dog can either set your dog up for a happy, obedient life or it can create future behavior concerns – we have to get it right! Utah Pet Dog Trainer and Behaviourist Annie Phenix creates a win-win home environment for your new best friend. Annie goes over all that your new dog will need to adjust to living her best life with you (Includes follow up educational materials):

Loose Leash Walking Consult
(2 hours / $350)
Many owners have frustrating on-leash walks with their dogs – and it can be equally as frustrating for your dog. Pro Trainer Annie Phenix teaches you how to create an enjoyable, outdoor experience that meets your dogs needs as well as your own. The first hour consult is a discussion about your dog and your needs with specific training protocols that work for your environment. The second hour takes place after you’ve had time to implement the training and submit videos for trouble shooting and additional enrichment and training ideas.

Dog Training Behavior Consults and Packages
General Obedience/Behavior Package
(4 weeks / $800)

This training/behavior package is a one-on-one, 4-week behavior intensive education program with Pro Dog Trainer and Behaviourist Annie Phenix. Includes follow up educational materials.
Includes training for:
- Puppy potty training, obedience training, enrichment, pre-school and good manners
- Adolescent dog training Loose leash walking & polite greetings
- Reliable Recall
- Common behavior concerns such as barking, chasing, digging
- Creating resilient, happy and joyful puppies and dogs
Come with four 1-hour consults (in-person locally or virtually elsewhere) that are tailored to your do. We meet over Zoom (or in person locally) each week and you can email Annie throughout the month for any reason and you will receive a priority response within 48 hours. Annie will email educational materials that directly speak to your dog’s issues all while keeping the canine-human bond intact. Annie creates a written Behavior/training roadmap for your dog.

Owners are required to download and submit the Owner Questionnaire along with their payment in full. Payment is required in advance and is not refundable.

8-Week Behavior/Training Package
(8 weeks / $1,600)

- This behavior/training package is a one-on-one, 8-week intensive work Pro Dog Trainer and Behaviourist Annie Phenix that is designed for owners observing unwanted behavior in their dog that can include:
- Reactivity
- Aggression (up to a Level 3 bite)
- Shy, anxious or nervous dogs
- Puppy/adolescent potty training, behavior and training
- Chasing, barking, digging, etc.
- Loose leash walks and polite greetings
- Reliable recall
- Creating resilient, happy and joyful puppies and dogs
- Reducing owner frustrations
Biting is a serious matter that can put an owner in legal danger and the dog is at risk for euthanasia. Biting must be addressed ASAP – do not wait for a dog to “outgrow” a serious biting issues or reactivity. The sooner you bring in a qualified behavior expert, the better chances we have for helping your dog. This package also addresses anxious/reactive behavior in dogs and includes expert instruction on excessive behaviors and/or shy dogs.
This behavior package includes 8 one-hour consults (in-person locally or virtually) that are tailored to your dog and your unique experience. Annie creates a written Behavior Roadmap for your dog. We meet over Zoom every week and you can email Annie throughout the training period for any reason and you will receive a priority response within 24 hours. Annie sends educational materials that directly speak to your dog’s issues all while keeping the canine-human bond intact.

- Reactivity/hyper-vigilance
- Aggression (up to a Level 3 bite)
- Shy, anxious or nervous dogs
- Noise phobia concerns
- Puppy/adolescent behavior and training
- Chasing, barking, digging, etc.
- Loose leash walks and polite greetings
- Reliable recall
- Resource guarding
- Bringing back the joy of a shared life with dogs

OWNER REQUIREMENTS: Please submit recent veterinary visits for initial new dog health check up – any possible medical/health contributions to behavior needs be ruled in or ruled out by a qualified veterinarian. ** We do not offer behavior guarantees as each dog is an individual and there can be genetic or health concerns that the best training in the world cannot overcome. Additionally, the onus for daily training and behavior work is on the owner as you see the dog daily and you are responsible for the dog’s sense of safety and enrichment and we cannot provide daily training remotely. We do provide a lifetime of email support for owners who purchase one of our Behavior Packages.
